Post leg day quads
2 Scoops - Chocolate or Chocolate/Peanut Butter Protein Powder
3 Tbsp of Peanut Butter (I personally like Peter Pan)
1/4 Cup of Egg Whites (Easier if you get the All-Whites containers)
2 Cups of Milk (I use Skim!)
Optional Add Ins: 1 Tbsp of Honey, 1 Banana, 1 Cup of almond milk (Replace regular milk), 3 Strawberries. Ice.

Almost half way through the year! As of late I have been on a plateau with my weight lifting. I haven’t really attempted to go up in weight on a lot of my lifts due to no spotter! Current weight is 186. Also noticing a bit of change with my chest, I’ve incorporated cables and decline into my chest workout and I’ve been pretty sore afterwards. Healthy eating is also going great! Ask me questions! Talk to me about anything! Give me tips on anything!
He’s just one of those guys who is just…when you see him you can’t help but pay attention to what he’s doing. It isn’t even his size though. It’s his raw talent.
